Order Navigator
This box contains the main elements that drive the rest of your trading floor. Creating buy and/or sell orders, viewing orders, viewing closed deals, and searches for orders are all initiated in this area.
If you wish to buy, or search sell orders, you will want to create a new "Buy Order". If you wish to sell goods or services, or search buy orders, you will want to create a new "Sell Order".
To create either a buy or sell order start by selecting the "Create order" option from the Order Navigator box. Next proceed to the Order Center where the first of five * steps in the order creation process will be displayed.
Dialog boxes will guide you through the general listing requirements for your Buy or Sell Order.

General Listing Requirements for Your new "SELL Order"
Order Type: Allows you to specify the type of good or services that you wish to sell (i.e. Antiques)
Expire Date: Specifies how long your order is valid.
Pricing
Fill in any two fields in the pricing box and the other will be automatically calculated for you.
Total Price: The total cost of this product or service package.
Quantity: The amount of orders you wish to sell for these specific criteria. It will appear as one order on your trading floor. Upon closing a deal, the quantity will automatically be reduced and a new order with the same criteria will automatically be created for you.
Initial Price Per Increment: Indicates the initial negotiating price for one unit of your product or service.
Order Descriptions
Reference: This feature gives you the ability to make a reference name or number for any specific Sell Order.
Full Description: Allows users to enter any additional pertinent details for their "Sell Order", that the Buyer needs to know. The description, however, is limited to 3000 characters and cannot contain any information regarding your company identification.
Upon clicking "OK" to enter your general listing requirements, your Sell Order will instantly become "Active" and will be included in the matching process with potentially hundreds of other orders in the system. In rare instances, iCannabinoid Marketplace may hold an order pending, until iCannabinoid Marketplace Administration has approved it. The duration of the approval process will vary depending on the concern with the specific order, however orders rarely remain pending for more than 24hours.
General Listing Requirements for Your new "BUY Order"
Order Type: Allows you to specify the type of good or services that you wish to buy. (i.e. Health & Beauty)
Expire Date: Specifies how long your order is valid.

Total Price: The total cost of this Buy package, constitutes an initial offer for the specified good or service package.
Quantity: The amount of units you wish to buy for these specific criteria. It will appear as one order on your trading floor. Upon closing a deal, the quantity will automatically be reduced and a new order with the same criteria will automatically be created for you.

Selecting this option from the Order Navigator's menu yields a list of all orders you have submitted to iCannabinoid Marketplace, but have yet to be approved. List is displayed in the Order Center . You can obtain further details about any order in this list by clicking on the order itself.
This option procures a list of your orders that have been archived. Orders found on this list have either been sold-out (inventory depleted), timed-out (i.e. expired), or deleted by you.
Selecting this option from the Order Navigator's menu displays a list of all your closed deals. List is displayed in the Order Center .
Click on the closed deal of interest to view its details. Here is where you will find the contact information that is necessary to finish the closing process, and several buttons to access the Ratings, and Invoice Sheet. You will need to print an Invoice Sheet, sign it, and fax it to us.
Both negotiating parties will fax in a signed copy of the Invoice Sheet. Upon receiving the Invoice Sheet, iCannabinoid Marketplace will fax you a signed hard copy of the form for your records. The Buyer will then forward funds to iCannabinoid Marketplace trust accounts for the purchase of the product or service, as purchased through the course of this transaction.
This option obtains a list of your orders that have been archived. Orders found on this list have been sold-out (inventory depleted), timed-out (i.e. expired), deleted by you, or suspended by iCannabinoid Marketplace. The Status column will indicate to you why any particular order is on the archived orders list.
This tool allows you to search for all goods and/or services as listed in the system. This includes your orders, as well as those of other users. Our enhanced search function allows you to keep your search specific to orders, matches, or negotiations.
This box is used to communicate the events that occur on your trading floor as they are displayed on your screen. This serves as a constant summary of your current activity or position in the LOM.
